Human Resources Coordinator

Human Resources Coordinator – Permanent, Full Time

The Township of Perth East is seeking qualified applicants for the full time, permanent position of Human Resources Coordinator.  Reporting to the CAO, the Human Resources Coordinator will oversee the human resource functions for the Township. Through the efforts of this individual, employees will have a professional response to human resource matters. The incumbent assists managers in all departments to solve Human Resources-related issues, ensuring consistent application of Human Resources policies, procedures and legislation. Problem solving, critical thinking and sound decision-making skills are requirements of the position.
